Is it really a tie though?

I worked with both Snowflake and SQL Server on Azure (called Dedicated SQL Pool) and Snowflake blows SQL Pool out of the water.

As a user, I need to check multiple items to tune my SQL server such as

1. Selecting right index

2. Selecting right distribution

3. Workload management

4. Workload groups

For snowflake, none of it is needed. It just works.
